On-site coaching—For the small business owner who would like to work with us in person. Often this is needed when we are working on marketing strategies, workflow or customer relations issues or other topics which may involve staff input or training.

Telephone coaching—When issues can be discussed and needs resolved in a phone conversation. This works well as a way to brainstorm and to analyze.

E-coaching—Often times, you may have a simple question which needs answered or you may find the need to send information for us to review. E-coaching works great for these types of needs. 

Business Coach Retainer Program (One-year contract required) 

   Level 1 Business Coaching Retainer   

Includes up to two hours of consulting time per month, a written summary of each consultation. One-year contract required. 

   Level 2 Business Coaching Retainer  

Includes up to four hours of consulting time per month, a written summary of each consultation. One-year contract required 

   Level 1 Quarterly Business Coaching Retainer  

Includes up to two hours of consulting time per quarter, a written summary of each consultation. One-year contract required. 

   Level 2 Quarterly Business Coaching Retainer  

Includes up to four hours of consulting time per quarter, a written summary of each consultation. One-year contract required 

   Silver Package  

Includes 2-hour initial consultation, 1 day on-site consulting, 1 hour of telephone consulting per quarter. 

   Gold Package  

Includes 2-hour initial consultation, 1 day on-site consulting, 1 hour of telephone consulting per month. 

  Platinum Package  

Includes 2-hour initial consultation, 2 days on-site consulting, 2 hours of telephone consulting per quarter  

   Double Platinum Package  

Includes 2-hour initial consultation, 1 day on-site consulting per quarter, 3 hours of telephone consulting per month 

Specific Project Packages 

  Business Feasibility and Readiness Assessment  

This package will begin with and assessment of your idea. We will discuss the ideas’ viability based on marketability, similar products and services in the marketplace, product niche and price point. We will also lead the client through a process to determine their ability to manage a business. Included will be personal goals and core values assessment, SWOT analysis, and a needs analysis. The package includes up to eight hours of time 

  New Business Starter Plan  

This package is for startup businesses that will be seeking financing for capitalizing their new business. We will directly with you to create a comprehensive business plan. In addition to providing a business plan to be used in securing financing, we will create a plan, which will help manage the future of the organization. Included would be the company plan, financial plan, marketing plan and a goals statement, which we will review with you quarterly during the first year of implementation. This package includes up to 35 hours of time in preparation, evaluation and guiding in the implementation of the plan. 

  Financials Evaluation    

We will provide a full evaluation of your profit and loss, cost of sales, expense ratios, revenue streams, profitability (overall and in specific product lines) and review your chart of accounts. Upon completion we will provide you with a written summary of our findings and recommendations for improving profitability and reducing expenses. Up to fifteen hours of time is included along with a six-month and twelve-month review. 

  Business Plan Development  

We will directly with you to create a comprehensive business plan. In addition to providing a business plan to be used in securing financing, we will create a plan, which will help manage the future of the organization. Included would be evaluation of the current business structure and financial health, creation of the company plan, financial plan, marketing plan and a goals statement, which we will review with you quarterly during the first year of implementation. This package includes up to 65 hours of time in preparation, evaluation and guiding in the implementation of the plan. 

  Marketing Plan Development  

We will assist you in creating a comprehensive marketing plan for your business. Included will be evaluation of current marketing, recommendations for improving and revising existing plan, creation of a new plan. We will assist in the creation of a time-line for your marketing and creating a time-line for implementation. We will review the plan six-months and one-year after implementation. Includes up to twenty hours of time. 

  Sales Coaching  

We will assist in developing appropriate and profitable sales strategies. Evaluate your current sales procedures, offer suggestions and techniques to improve your sales averages and train your sales people in those techniques. We can also discuss incentive based pay options for your sales staff. We will do a follow-up evaluation after six months. Includes up to ten hours of time. 

  Workflow Evaluation   

We will evaluate your production and workflow needs and offer suggestions for improvement. We will review your job descriptions, employee needs, and rewrite job descriptions to maximize the efforts of employees. Includes eight hours of time.
